No jail room lets prisoners be on street
The man suspected of vandalizing the Crawford County Courthouse was arrested Wednesday in Fort Smith, but if Prosecuting Attorney Marc McCune had his way, Anthony Fisher would have been in prison rather than out on the streets the night the vandalism occurred.

"Oh yeah, if we had room for him in jail, we wouldn't give any reporting bonds," McCune said Wednesday.
